Posters and Late posters
Posters will be presented in three different sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the exhibition area at Studium 2000. Poster presenters are requested to present their poster by attending their poster during the poster session. The posters should be installed in the morning of the day in which the session is scheduled, and they should be removed by the end of the conference day to make room for the next session. Posters not removed by the closing time will be removed by the organisers and cannot be assured that they will be retrieved later.
Poster size should be at maximum a format A0 in vertical orientation (i.e. taller than wider).
Organizers recommend that you print your poster before attending the conference. There will not be a poster printing service at the venue; however, the nearby copy shops are listed at the following link, it is recommended to get in touch with the shop prior to the conference to be sure that your poster can be printed in due time.
Oral presentations
The oral presentation time is 12+3 minutes (12 min presentation and 3 minutes for discussion). We kindly ask the presenters to keep to the allotted time to allow all session presenters equal time for their talk. The presentations computers have Microsoft Windows as their operating system and the presentation files should be either MS PowerPoint (preferred) or PDF files.
Presentation files should be uploaded well before the scheduling of the session. This can be done remotely using a specific webform that will be made available by the organizers or delivering it in person at the slide center in Giotto room that will be open with the same timetable of the Conference Desk.
