BEST POSTER AWARDS

Best Poster Awards are granted by the EAA Working Groups and sponsored by the Italian Aerosol Society and by Journal Atmosphere (MDPI).

Eligibility
The presenting author should be a master or PhD student, or an early career postdoc (within 3 years of graduation), and needs to be registered to the Conference by 31 July 2025.

How to apply
Authors may apply for the BPA by filling out the Google Form available at the following link.
The form must be completed by the presenting author, who will participate in the BPA. It should include: the title of the submitted abstract, the ConfTool ID assigned during submission, the name of the presenting author, and their status (Master student, PhD student, or date and place of PhD thesis for early career postdocs).

To find your submission ID on ConfTool, log in to your account and navigate to the “Your submissions” section. There, you will find a list of your submitted contributions, each with a unique abstract ID.

The deadline for application to the BPA is Monday, July 21, 2025.

Evaluation criteria
The BPA committee will take into account the scientific quality of the materials presented (50%), the clarity of the message (25%) and the overall design of the poster (25%). Contestants MUST be present at the poster during the specified poster sessions, otherwise the poster will not be evaluated.

Awards
The awards will be gived at the conference in a specific sessions on Friday, September 5. The award includes a Certificate and a pecuniary sum.
