Download Your Certificates and Letters from ConfTool

The following documents are now available for download in the ConfTool system of EAC2025:

  • Letter of Thanks for Session Chairs / Moderators
  • Confirmation of Participation
  • Acknowledgment Letter for Reviewing Submissions

To access your documents, please:

  1. Log in to ConfTool at following link.
  2. On your personal start page, scroll through the menu options.
  3. Click directly on the corresponding link (e.g., “Letter of Thanks for Session Chairs / Moderators”, “Confirmation of Participation”, “Acknowledgment Letter for Reviewing Submissions”) to download the PDF file.
